How do I use Awshad CBD products?

CBD oil is frequently used in the following ways – Sublingually : Intake the oil under your tongue, letting it sit there for up to 60 seconds, then swallow. Orally: You can consume CBD oil orally or in a capsule form, usually with a swig of water. *It is recommended to take it at least 30 minutes before or after eating a meal, and at least 1.5 hours before sleeping. Topically: You can easily apply any CBD roll-on directly on the area of concern. Massage it lightly for a few minutes and perhaps cover the area with a cloth or a hot-water bottle.

The effectiveness of oil is not matching to the one which I was using earlier. I am not sure what is wrong or what are real contents of this oil. My daily dose used to be 35 mg morning and evening for which I am taking 5 drops. Any way trying to change quantity to 6 drops to 8 drops without much help.
