How long does CBD take to work?

– Delivery time is typically 2-3 days for NCR, 3-5 days for Mumbai, Bangalore, and Kolkata, and 5-9 days for most other pin codes.

3. Can I track my order?

4. What happens if my order is delayed or lost?
– Notify the courier partner/Shiprocket immediately and post a complaint.
– Contact Awshad’s customer support for assistance and tracking.
– If product is lost, Awshad will replace it for no extra cost.

5. Can I change my delivery address or shipping method after placing an order?
– Address or shipping method can be changed within 2 hours of placing the order before 12pm, and within 12 hours after 12pm by contacting customer support.

6. Do you offer package insurance or protection against damage or theft?
– Products are insured against damage or theft. Notify customer support within 3 days for assistance.

7. What is your return policy for delivered items?
– Awshad products have a zero return policy, but damaged or wrong products can be notified to customer support within 3 days for assistance.
