SHIPMENT AND RETURN POLICY

SHIPMENT POLICY

1. Orders in Delhi – NCR are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order and delivered via our delivery partners, Shiprocket, within 2-4 days
2. Outstation orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered via our delivery partners – Shiprocket, within 7-12 working days.
3. Online orders are accepted 24 hours, but dispatched only post receiving a doctor’s prescription.
4. Being a prescription drug, once sold, cannot be returned.

RETURN POLICY

1. Products once sold, cannot be returned, being a prescription drug
2. Products received broken or damaged, customers can claim return or exchange within 48 hours with proof of damage.
