RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us. We value your trust and strive to deliver high-quality medicinal products. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Products once sold, cannot be returned, being a prescription drug
2. No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
– If the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
– If the product is damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
– If the product is returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
– If the return request is raised after 3 days from the date of delivery.
3. No Cancellations After Dispatch
– Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
– Please verify all order details before confirming your purchase.
Important:
If a customer insists on cancellation after dispatch, a Rs.500 doctor consultation fee along with applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the paid amount before any refund is processed.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if such cancellation happens more than once, we reserve the right to not accept future orders from the customer.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
– If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo or video proof.
– We will investigate and offer a replacement only if the damage is verified to have occurred before delivery.
5. Wrong Item Received
– If an incorrect item is received, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
– The product must be unopened and in its original condition for any resolution.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer product exchange to all customers, but only if recommended by our doctor during
consultation.
