CBD oil is frequently used in the following ways – 

Sublingually: Intake the oil under your tongue, letting it sit there for up to 60 seconds, then swallow. 

Orally: You can consume CBD oil orally or in a capsule form, usually with a swig of water.

*It is recommended to take it at least 30 minutes before or after eating a meal, and at least 1.5 hours before sleeping.

Topically: You can easily apply any CBD roll-on directly on the area of concern. Massage it lightly for a few minutes and perhaps cover the area with a cloth or a hot-water bottle.

Our each capsule has a standard dosage. The Calmasule capsule has 10mg CBD and 5mg THC, while our Calmasule+ capsule has 15mg CBD and 15mg THC. The dosage is set by the doctor prescribing the medicine, and you may be asked to take half a capsule or more than one capsule if the doctor deems it fit.
