CBD oil is frequently used in the following ways – 

Sublingually: Intake the oil under your tongue, letting it sit there for up to 60 seconds, then swallow. 

Orally: You can consume CBD oil orally or in a capsule form, usually with a swig of water.

*It is recommended to take it at least 30 minutes before or after eating a meal, and at least 1.5 hours before sleeping.
